I would also include that there are no religious people that take medicine, since that&#8217;s based on the same concept, i.e., that if they actually believed in prayer, why would they go to the hospital or take medicine, because prayer should be able to fix everything. And if not, then it&#8217;s just &#8220;God&#8217;s will&#8221;. This is also somewhat a response to &#8220;There are no atheists in foxholes&#8221; or &#8220;there are no atheists on their deathbed&#8221;. And I think when it comes down to it, most people don&#8217;t really believe the outrageous miracles from the Bible and other religious works&#8211;and the trip to the hospital or pharmacist proves it.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I read this recently but instead of &#8220;religious people&#8221; it was &#8220;Christians&#8221;, but the same still applies.
